Basic health check-up for men over the age of 40

Program duration: 2 days

Basic health check-up program is suitable for men without any sustained chronic disease, wishing to receive professional health assessment. 

Before the consultation, a specific health inspection questionnaire on physical well-being, heredity, diseases and work-life rhythm has to be filled in.  

Program includes:

General practitioner's/ physician's initial consultation:

  • evaluation of questionnaire,
  • completement of the case history
  • vital, physical and anthropometric measurements (visual inspection of the skin, mucous, heart and lung auscultation, BMI evaluation, heart rate and blood pressure check).

General practitioner's repeated consultation:

  • evaluation and summary of laboratory and diagnostic findings,
  • establishing diagnosis, if possible,
  • recommendations.

 In case of abnormal findings referral to additional laboratory and diagnostic examinations, drafting of treatment plan.

Overnight stay at the clinic is not necessary.
